I recently started trying out this Vegan diet. Never in a million years did I ever think I would give up meat but a client was telling me about this book 'Skinny Bastard' and 'Skinny Bitch'. Some of the points he was telling me about just kinda stuck in my head and when I went home that evening I was about to have a drink of milk and I just thought .. nah ... try something different. That was about 2 months ago ... I eliminated all dairy products and meat. I finally went and bought the book 'Skinny Bitch' last night and OMG is it ever a shocker about the slaughter houses. I've had my head in the sand for far too long - no more meat for this not so skinny chick ! I feel really, really good since trying this new eating plan and I've definately noticed my jeans fit a lot better and I'm beginning to look a lot leaner. I've always had the exercise thing down pat but just never paid enough attention to the diet end of things. Was walking along (at home thank god) and my pants fell right off !!!! I never feel hungry cause I'm always eating veggies and fruit and not limiting portions of anything .. just eating much, much healthier. Wish I'd figured this out a long time ago ! Oh and in my (humble) opinion ... I don't think Mike Tyson raped that girl ... I watched the court case on CNN .... I was disgusted that he went to jail for that !!!
