Heading to your fine fine city soon for 4 weeks of work and hopfully some big time fun. The local scene is always a bit different form city to city, depending on the town, in Edmontochuk I'm used to an MP game, was wondering for some advice for the way to go in Vancouver. Will be staying around Main and Broadway, have been reading about the Micro's and the CL indys, at they for the mostpart fairly casual, or are they usually dodgy and full of agrovation? Wouldn't mind having a little asian time while I am out there, also would like to find a couple of girl next door 19 - 29 ish types, plain janes. Any 20's - 30's readhead type or goth type would be cool too. Any recomendations, I could hook up a rental car, if there isn't much choice close to where I am. Any recomendations either via PM or on the board would be greatly appreciated, even just a point in the right direction. I have RTFFF not taking what people have already wrote for granted, but current info and some advice on the Micro - CL scene would sure help this dude out.
