I just heard on the news that a verdict has been reached and that Wacko Jacko has an hour to get from Neverland to the courthouse.

I am just happy that this is finally coming to a close.

read somewhere there are over 2200 jounalists covering this verdict, that is more than the total covering BOTH OJ and Peterson trials COMBINED.

IF HE is found not guilty, then he is still guilty of being weird and inappropriate.

IF HE IS FOUND guilty, then the important question arises whether the Judge will let him stay out of jail on bail PENDING appeal.

Verdict to be delivered (if Jackson is on time) at 4:30 eastern time.

1:08 pm and he's just now leaving Neverland for a 30 mile drive to the Court.

Mind you, if he IS found guilty, being late to court will be the least of his worries.

CNN is reporting that based on the type and number of charges against him, if he should be found guilty, it would be unlikely that he would be allowed to stay out of jail pending appeal.

1. Please keep in mind that this case has nothing to do with OUR (read Canadian) justice system.

2. This case was very weak at best on several of the counts and the fate of all the counts against him rested on the testimony of the shaky credibility of a boy and his family. A family with a history of sponging from celebrities and exploiting the US courts for financial gain. Once the jury decided that he/they were not credible - the not guilty verdict was the result.

3. He is still a weird freak though!

There was little and perhaps no credible evidence of his guilt. The prosecution said he molested 5 kids and 3 of them testified directly that he didn't. The accusers were grifters and got what grifters deserve.
