Similar situation with Kim 9937. She doesn't advertise she is post-op. There is a blond white girl that isn't currently advertising, but she used to advertise in the trans section as pre-op, then had the operation and switched her ads to the escorts section without mentioning it. Narrow hips is another indicator, but not a dead on factor. Obviously a boob job on top of this, maybe a huskier or raspier than normal female voice, or an artificially higher pitch voice. There are a lot of things to look for, and a lot of trans women have addressed these issues with lots of expensive surgeries, but in general, you'll know. Read this.

Yeah, but they are genetically a MALE, some guys cant get over that, if not most. However they got surgery,harmones to make them look female, they are still biologically born as male, as they dont have uterus and cannot conceive. That's my guess for the most male population.

Did you pay $150 for 30 min to see that she was a boy or real girl from day 1?? I went there to see him about 2 years ago and he is big like a guy.
