Pics have a TGTBT vibe to them, but reverse image search came up empty for me, and it's a 250 area code number. Little bit sus that the name on the Leolist sign in the photos (Lexi Rose) is different than the name on the ad, but searching for Lexi Rose isn't finding me any info one way or the other either.

Anyone have experience to share?
