Or should I say Meritt "Headlights"?
I was on the way to a wedding in Vernon with my family & we had an unexpected 4 hour layover in Meritt when our trucks' water pump seized up 26 Km outside of Meritt.

Oh joy. Aside from being ripped off by an auto garage and missing the wedding (caught the reception at least!)... I had the pleasure of wandering around downtown Meritt during the height of the music festival.
HOT DAMN!!!
Not only was it absolutely sweltering, but the sheer number of hot ladies in *ahem*sheer clothing was phenominal!!!
I almost wish I had more time and I certainly think a road trip with my buddies there next year might be in order
My sisters, however, were being fashion nazis.
"My god... she SO shouldn't be wearing that!"
Apparently, more than a few women were wearing underwear, whereas I thought they were wearing bikin bottoms. Dammit, the things I miss by being a straight man that doesn't know the difference between underwear and swimsuit labels.
So in short, Meritt during the MMMF is filled with hot (and some not so) women wandering around in their underwear.
Oh yeah, and there is booze and music.
A great combination!
