I gotta be honest, I can't stand womens hockey. There are 2 teams that are good and the rest suck. Sorry but Canada taking silver in womens hockey really means nothing. OK I'm glad I got that off my chest.

Sisters??? I think they deserve a little more respect than that now. That's kind of like something that you would say in Jr. High School. ALL top players go through quiet periods......would u like me to give you example after example? Ovechkin's start to the year, Iginla going forever without a goal, Malikin, Crosby etc.......But thanks for your insight Ray

I agree on that, skip the charades and get straight to the final, we all know it's going to be US Vs Canada anyways. Who cares about a 18-0 game?

Onto the mens side, I think if the Russian goalie holds up, they have too much firepower not to win.

If your reasoning held true, Heil would have won because "she is Canadian". I loved it when the reporter asked her how she felt about losing the gold medal and she said, "I didn't lose a gold medal, I won a silver medal"......she is a cool chick! Congrats.

I'd love to see Canada win, but being on home ice with the expectations so high I don't think they can. They will medal but not gold. I be glad to be proven wrong....

They are the fav to win the tournament.
But its just a single game final, even semis or quarters.
Anything can happen in a single game.
The Leafs have beat the Capitals twice this year.

Whichever team clicks together fastest wins.
Canada does have a full line that plays together all year.
Along with dman that are very familiar with each other.

They obviously have been stopped in the last 5 games. Stop them another 3 and Sweden is out of the equation.
