I realize this is all in good fun.... however I can't resist this...

I am aware of a real situation in Vancouver a couple of years back where a young couple from Mexico were staying at an Airbnb-type place in Vancouver.

It was a condo unit in a tower downtown, that had swimming pool, etc. in a common area. Young couple decided to have sex in that common area. Someone else in the building saw them and called it in to the VPD. The couple both got charged. Criminal Code s. 173(1) - Commit indecent act in a public place. They were dumb, obviously, but they were not happy about their predicament.

The thing is.... if you look at the wording of that section....
  • 173 (1) Everyone who wilfully does an indecent act in a public place in the presence of one or more persons, or in any place with intent to insult or offend any person,
    • (a) is guilty of an indictable offence and is liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than two years; or
    • (b) is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction.
What if the Melania film was so desolate that.... even the staff at the theatre, the projectionist, etc. fucked off and went for a smoke break, or whatever? :ROFLMAO:

This charge is almost always men masturbating in public... but even a nice looking young couple from Mexico... it can happen folks!

But... to be a buzzkill... in all seriousness kids... go to your private room. Not in public please.
