This is too true unfortunately, but that's why we have to have each other's back, and let the rest of the community know if we toftt and come back with either a positive or a negative experience, since both can end up helping other Perbonians.

I also forgot to mention that Mel actually asked me if I wouldn't post a review of her since she didn't have any here in Victoria.
