I'm willing to give her the benefit of the doubt.

The Royal Family in this age has no actual power. They are simply a romantic fantasy to the working millions.

Personally, I think that England and The Commonwealth would be well served if the Queen would abdicate. She should acknowledge her age as the reason and emphasize her love for her people.

Will and Harry are already the public face of the Royal Family. One of them should have the title to match.

I have absolutely no interest in them and I feel it is about time we Canadians should stop this commonwealth thingy as soon as possible.

I feel being born in a royal family should not give a man or a woman the right to be head of a state. If I could, I would not even pay attention to them but that is hard to do with their images shoved in our faces day and night.

As far as this new Meghan is concerned .. I would say about 300 an hour.

I'm not sure about that. She is certainly successful in her own right and my guess would be that she would have been an A-list star if she chose to stick with it. I've noticed when her name comes up in social settings lately most of the women are very catty towards her. Jealous I suppose.

I always liked her looks and think she will be an excellent Royal.

I'd say since Diana's death the Royal PR team have figured out the press and the public. Allowing Charles to divorce went against Royal protocol and was a big step.

Ever want to witness a Royal event, see one in Australia or in the USA. It's pandaemonium. You would think the USA was still part of the Commonwealth.

Actually the Royal family does have power and money. The Queen does have the power, she is the head of state for the UK, Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, she is the one who opens and dissolves the UK parliament. She gets a report on the ongoing of the UK government and world affairs. The royal family does alot of charity; and is the good works department for the UK government. While the politicians take the crap from the press. And If a PM has a hard decision to make, you know the PM is going to talk to the Queen about it.
If you notice on TV, their are some shows that shows how the royal family has changed with the time. Princess Diana, really brought the popularity of the royal family back to the public with her charity events. Seeing Aids affected persons and touching them on camera, when they didn't know what aids was back in the 1980s.
Look at prince Harry in his teens and look at him now. And Yes his wife to be has a nice behind.
For the detractors of the royal family, you can have your opinion; but your ass is not as good looking as Meghan Markle's ass.
