Mistress Damazonia engages in medical play and is about as hardcore as the Lower Mainland gets. In 35 years of sessioning in Vancouver she gave me the most intense beatings I have ever received and it was amazing. I have experienced her hardcore side but have never done medical play with her.
Miss Maya Odelle seems to be pretty well equipped for medical play but I have never sessioned with her, though I would love to one day.
I saw posts from way back of a domme in Vancouver who offered suture play and that looked super interesting. I have not seen anyone local or who visits who offers this sort of thing but I keep watching. Not something one just gets a kit off of amazon and tries for giggles! Definitely takes medical play to the next level though.
Needle play I've tried and that's along the lines of what I'm looking for. Lol Suturing might be a tad too hardcore though.
Maya Odelle is phenomenal at medical play. I can't wait for her to get her new place set up in April.
