Good post... I was just going to mention soap... it's very underrated... I've been experimenting with different soaps... I will do a poll soon on the best soap...

Mav I hope you see my advice

Ok Mav,

I an expert on the subject, so here are my top choices...

**side note, your natural body chemistry will change every scent so try them out at diff times maybe, anywau these ones get me a lot of "close ups" from the ladies.

1. Estee Lauder - Paradise : not a lot of guys know about this scent, it is refreshing and musky at the same time, women go crazy and it is not too popular.

2. Givenchy - french shit that gets the chicks wet

3. Issey Miyake - kinda played out but a big favorite of the ladies

4. Thierry Mugler - Angel for men: I think it smells like fresh vanilla cookies which is not my thing at all, but women go NUTS for it, the female version is popular too. They will be impressed you are familiar with it, and it does some amazing things with soempeoples body chemistry...

Hope you see my advice and smell these scents, i am gonna keep my current one a secret, but if you PM me i will lt you know, that is if you can find it even.

Cheers,

Seriously...

My woman is beggin' for it every time I wear this shit. Never seen anything like it. Honestly, I didn't think a cologne could have that kind of effect. Surprised me.

It's called "le male" by jean paul gaultier.

It was a limited edition for the summer, so not alot left. There's a specialty store on Robson St. (south side) that might still have some in stock.

Making Scents

The way to a women's er... heart is fueled by the one and only luxurious smell of Dustbane !! Just go out to your local school, bring the Custodian his/her favorite brand of intoxicant, and you can get a year's supply of Dustbane like nothing!
Yes it's true; chicks dig the earthy aroma and it always takes them back in time to when they were just amateur cockteasers and didn't really understand the absolute power they posessed inside their gym shorts.

In this month's issue of Mav Magazine in the column titled "Maximization with Mav", I shall attempt to answer the following question sent to me via PM addressing how to maximize the effect of cologne.

Q.
-------------------------------------------------
I poked throught some of the old threads and I saw an interesting one you wrote about reducing the amount of cologne applied until the woman is within kissing range.
It's great idea as cologne smells a lot better at low concentrations and your theory about woman's reactions makes sense.
However, when I spray, it is usually too focused on the areas I spray on, I try rubbing it after to different parts of my body but still I have to wait a couple of hours till the smell goes down to a minimum.
Anyways, how exactly do you do it and conserve the amount of cologne you use?
------------------------------------------------------

A.
-----------------------------------------------
Well sir, that is a good question. I don't know what the heck the cologne companies are thinking, but I sure wish they would go back to the traditional bottles WITHOUT the spray. That is why I like my almost 15 year old Eternity without the spray. I simply put my finger where the hole is, turn upside down and back upright so the tip of my finger is wet, and rub behind on the sides of my neck by the ears, by my "loins", and sometimes on my wrists. With the stupid spray, it's WAY WAY WAY too much... there is no way u should be spraying at each location unless you want to smell like a pimp. I was not able to find my cologne of choice in a non spray version, so what I've been experimenting with is spraying just a LITTLE BIT (and I mean just squeezing the spray so it just makes a little baby spray) in the middle of my chest. I then rub my 2 index fingers on this spot and apply to the 4-6 locations. You can't smell it unless your nose is right up against the spots... so it comes as a nice surprise to the ladies when they don't think you're wearing any but are pleasantly surprised as they get "comfy" with you.

You need to experiment with how much is enough... get your hot sister to pretend she's the lady you're courting... and see how close she needs to be before she can smell. Of course, each person has their own individual tolerance of how much cologne is acceptable... I will sometimes use a bit more if I know the person I will be with likes it and has previously told me that I "smell fuckable." HOWEVER, if you are dating somebody for the first time... the rule of thumb is less is more... it's better to err on the lesser side... u can always add more on subsequent dates, but it's damn hard to take off on a first date without taking a shower!

Speaking of conservation... I think that is why the cologne companies insist on the spray... it makes u "use and waste more" which means more profit for them... I guess u can't really blame them... just look at my 15 year old Eternity! Of course, that is not the only cologne I used in those 15 years... my main one is now Aqua Di Gio (sp?)... but I still occasionally go with Eternity or Drakhar Noir if I want to go back in time  ;) Those 2 colognes have a history of helping me get laid ... lol.

Best of luck! And if you go shopping for cologne, don't forget to choose the hottest clerk and flirt with her before purchasing. Don't settle for anything but the best... if she's not hot, go to a different location or come back on another day when somebody else is working ;). Only the hottest clerks deserve your business... :p

1. Yeah, the ones that go for the "pimp" smell :).Today's Axe is kind of like Preferred stock from the late 80's early 90's.

2. I like Polo black as well. I have 2 of their sample sprays that should last me for 2006 lol.

That just means the concentration of "perfume agents" in the cologne. Eau de parfum is stronger and usually describes women's "perfume." Most men's "cologne" has "eau de toilette" levels of smell agents. Don't know the exact levels, but I believe eau de parfum is 7-15% and eau de toilette is 1-6%... anything 16% and above is considered simply "perfume."

Tide with Febreze and Bounce with febreze is a good start to getting a nice fresh unintrusive smell "implanted" into your clothes.... oh, and a nice hot bath wouldn't hurt ;).

Forget colognes. That's for queers and quasi-queers ("metrosexuals" - is what they call themselves).

Just choose a good manly soap, like Irish Spring. But the one that gets you pussy every time is HAI KARATE!!!
