Here are the 2 nominations for this week. Feel free to post in this thread. However, if you wish to "challenge" for a spot, the TITLE of your post MUST be as follows:

Once MC#1 is taken up, any subsequent "claims" for MC#1 will be ignored. You will need to try MC#2 and so on. Once all 4 are taken up, tough luck. Voters, please vote only on the qualified posts (the first 4 that meet the title criteria above).

MC stands for Maverick Challenge by the way. Kind of fitting, like MC Hammer, Young MC, or an MC for a party .

Yeah I figured as much after day 1... so now I'm just trying my best to put a funny spin on it as I go out in Flames... Maverick Brother One will soon be cancelled... but look for Maverick Brother Two in the fall (with revised rules and possibly "prizes").

Ok I'll be doing some better posts soon I promise. I've made it a vow to post a review every 100 posts. I have some "backlogged" for a rainy day... got some pretty crazy experiences with some SW's from a few months back...

I forgot to give closure to this thread. It was an epic battle right down to the final hour. The vote was 2 for Heidi, 1 for Shawn, 1 for MC#3 (even though there was no challenge post )... and there it was... a PERB member staring at his computer... knowing his vote could be the deciding vote... should he vote for Shawn and tie things up... possibly sending the thread into overtime... or should he vote for Heidi Starr, thus giving her a 3-1 lead... which at that point would have surely been unsurmountable... he thought and thought... others browsed by and possibly thought about voting but didn't... in the end, it was all up to the 1 poster... as he pointed his mouse and clicked on....

What a first episode... unfortunately, due to a lack of funding and interest for future shows (probably because the first show was so exciting and everybody was "excited-out"), the show was cancelled...
