So at first I didn't want to have a baby for 4-5 years, but now 2-3 years is potentially my new window... it was suggested to me several weeks ago that I should name my first born male Maverick. At first, I thought that was ridiculous... but 6 weeks later... it's starting to grow on me... that way when people ask him his name and he says "Maverick" they can say "M A V E R I C K???? What? Did your mom not like you or something?" and he can say "No, it was my dad that didn't like me"
I don't think I'm quit prepared to assign Maverick as his FIRST name, but I'm currently quite open to using Maverick as his middle name... I can't tell you what his last name will be (duh) but assuming Maverick is my first born male's middle name, what first names would roll off the tongue nicely with it?
