To my knowledge, it's never happened in BC, nor Manitoba. There was an Alberta based mod, his mod name escapes me, who crossed the line due his relationship with an Alberta SP back perhaps 20 years ago. When it came to light, he was promptly fired and banned by the board owner at that time. It's never happened here again since and it would be safe to say the result would be the same if it ever did. The mod involved would be fired and outed for being a total scumbag.
