Maylee Tang posted in Nanaimo, Victoria, Vancouver, Calgary, Red Deer and Edmonton...all on the same day, using specific area locations to make it sound more authentic. While I believe she is real, and based in Edmonton, the ads are nothing more than to get you to subscribe to her OnlyFans page that I believe is actually run by somebody else...maybe her boyfriend? I know this for fact, because I subscribed and messaged with "her".
