Have to respectfully disagree my experience, or lack thereof, was extreme disappointing. Like most of us I am extremely busy and typically have to plan at least a week ahead to meet. I had arranged with Maya Simone in advance. One hour with extras for $$$$$. The day off I am driving across the city and parking downtown. First she asks me to change our appointment by an hour, find things happen. So I wait the extra hour, then I recoeve a message saying she would be late. 45 minute later finally she messages me, however I’ve already missed my window at that point and had to leave. To her credit she was apologetic (sorry but 1 hour and 45 minutes is an insane amount of time to make someone wait but I had high hopes. She offered me a small
Discount to reschedule. The 3/5 off of $ didn’t really matter to me but the principle was appreciated. So I say ok let’s do tomorrow. However I hadn’t had time to really plan my escape And unfortunately something came up up with work the next day. I let her know immediately (this only happened because she delayed and cancelled our appointment so I did not have time to fully schedule the time off with no unforeseen interruption. Well when I let her know I would have to come a couple days later when I could properly plan for the visit, she chewed me out, she claimed I wasted HER time and was not considerate. Basically gaslit me into blaming the entire situation one me. Maybe it’s her age and inexperience but my experience was she was rude inconsiderate and clearly
Didn’t value anyone’s time but her own.

For clarity, the appointment did not move forward due to a disagreement around a standard arrival verification I use for safety and scheduling purposes. After confirming a 2:05–2:10 arrival window, I responded shortly after 2:20 to confirm I was ready and requested a brief photo of the lobby or elevator, which is a routine step for me. Rather than providing an alternative or completing the verification at that time, the request was declined and extended discussion followed, which added to the delay. A photo was later sent, but the appointment was then ended by the client. I remained communicative, acknowledged the initial delay, and offered to reschedule as a courtesy with a discount. I strive to be transparent while maintaining consistent safety standards.

Following that day, we discussed rescheduling. The client selected a date that He indicated would work for him, but later cancelled due to a work conflict. A few days afterward, we reconnected, and I expressed that I was open to meeting on a new date as long as it was one he could fully commit to and would not require another cancellation. In response, that concern was not directly addressed, and the focus remained on whether the previously offered discount would still apply. Given the prior cancellation and the lack of reassurance around scheduling reliability, I decided it was best not to move forward.
