I got through and spoke to her the other day. She told me to call her back at noon to see if she will be ready by 12.30 that day. I tried to make an appointment for either 12.3 or 1pm (or any time really). but she told me she does not make appointments and for me to call back at noon. I called back and went straight to voice mail, tried a bunch of more times and gave up. I'm calling this one a WOT and moving on.
I think I'm gonna call Amber Marie next!
