(Sorry, post has nothing to do with the Seinfeld joke/episode...I just liked the way it sounded as the tittle of this thread! lol )

So I'm buying a domain..
Unfortunately I'm completely uninspired and can't think of anything very original or decide one a good on, it seems. I would have picked something quick and simple to remember - bijou .ca or .com - but of course that one isn't available.

I played around and tried a few different ones that popped into my head and these are the ones that were available:

BelleBijou .ca (avail)
BelleBijou .com (taken)

MissBijou .ca (avail)
MissBijou .com (taken)

MademoiselleBijou .ca (avail)
MademoiselleBijou .com (avail)

FriskyBijou .ca (avail)
FriskyBijou .com (avail)

YourBijou .ca (avail)
YourBijou .com (avail)

I was planning to go with one that was available for both .ca and .com so I could purchase both to avoid confusion and to make it easy to get to... Should I not bother with that and just pick one that's available (.ca or .com) and just purchase which ever one is available only?

Does it matter? And can anyone think of a better one, or like any one of the above?

Thanks! :clap2:

And as a thanks for your help, here's the real "Master of my domain" episode... :p

I think that's probably the best idea. Of the choices you've listed where both domains are still available, I like this one the best:

MademoiselleBijou .ca (avail)
MademoiselleBijou .com (avail)
And it would also make the most sense since it matches your current gmail address (although I know that could be easily changed and updated).

While I do agree with MM about this one, my one concern with it would be whether a man who's big head is already oxygen deprived from the blood going elsewhere would spell it correctly. :p

I like missbijou.ca the best for it's simplicity. However, if you're looking for one that allows you to take both .ca and .com domains, then I would agree with Man Mountain and go with MademoiselleBijou.

I think you should aim for a domain where you can get both the .ca & .com. I like mademoisellebijou.com /.ca but worry that it is a little too long. Is there a shorter name you have started to build on? A twitter name?
