The 45 for 85 usually just refers to a massage with only the HE. Most will charge extra for topless but that's where it gets a little murky. Usually an add'l $20-40 is the norm but it can be even more, depending on the girl and how long the session is, and that may or may not include touching. For instance, Nicole Bliss charges $129 for an hour for topless HE and I consider that to be a pretty decent price for Victoria but a rather average rate in the industry if look at some of the bigger Cdn cities. I suppose there might be an island surtax in some cases as some other providers charge up to $160/hr, which is where FS rates usually start at.

The thing I don't like about massage with extras is that in the end you typically pay more for less compared with an escort. With the right escort, you can have a great massage with those extras++ (and I'm not even including FS) for the same price.
