Massage provider tip scale.

I'm thinking of spending some time checking out some massage places and I would appreciate a scale for what range is being paid for services like HJ, CBJ, BBBJ, and CFS. I know places that advertise on LL etc have a somewhat clear range for services. I am thinking of adventures into places that advertise on kijiji or just lucky connections with a massage provider at places that do discount non receipt massages for cash. Thanks in advance.

Same as the room fee for basics, up to double the room fee for extra extras. More than that and you're getting screwed, and not in a good way.
