So the last time I e-mailed one of the massage places to get an idea of rates and protocol... no one replied to me. >.<

Could someone please give a quick rundown of how the places work?
  • Are they GFE and only CBJ, no BBBJ?
  • Rates in the 250 region?
  • And how does it work exactly? Do you go in, sit in a room, and they have the ladies introduce themselves to you and you choose one?
  • What is the advantage over going with an independent?

Your location lists you in Metrotown, so let's stick to the AMPs nearby on Kingsway. So for example, Sasa is $140 all-inclusive for FS for 45 mins. This usually means mild/lame massage for half the time, CBJ and varied positions til finish. Some girls will upcharge for bbbj. Yes, you sit in a room as the girls are introduced to you one at a time - you choose which one. Sasa has asians, white girls, black girl, etc. Mixed group. So I like variety in their lineup.

ISpa across the street is mainly asians I think, and Great Pharaoh is mainly white girls (pricing on their website).

I like both AMPs and indies but AMPs allows me to simply walk around and look around. I don't always know when I'm gonna get the itch so AMPs are good for that. Good luck!

each one is a bit different and change with different owners, best to follow the higher rated places first before adventuring out to the others

they are all reviewed here so make use of the search engine and read some reviews, that is why they are posted here

Thanks for this information. Most reviews don't talk about the actual procedure or it's very light info.

Very good to know about the time ratio between actual FS and massage (and it's not even a real massage?) as I thought the massage places were basically just a front for private rooms to book FS dates like with an independent.
So I take it if you're not into lame massages, it's like $140 for a half hour. And after an upcharge into BBBJ (if it's even allowed -- various reviews say no) it's probably closer to 200 for a half hour? Hmm.

$140 for 45 min not 30. There may be some places that charge more. BBBJ is pretty much up to the girl.
If you really want FS I’d personally skip the shops and go with a Korean provider. Sounds like they all offer bbbj.
You might end up paying $160-$180 for 45 min though.

I’m more into getting a good massage and fooling around with the girl for a bit as opposed to full service. Full service girls are a different breed compared to non-fs girls.
Full service girls just don’t do it for me!

Yes and no. The original info posted said " This usually means mild/lame massage for half the time, CBJ and varied positions til finish"
So if (like me) someone didn't care about a massage (and it sounded like it wasn't a real massage anyway), about half the time is basically wasted. That means what I would be paying for is the actual 20-30 minutes of FS time. That's why, from my personal perspective, it's 140 for 30 minutes, and more for BBBJ if the particular lady even allows it.

To put it another way: I don't pay to just chit-chat with someone. (And even if I did, ladies usually have a reduced social time rate.)

Sounds like you feel you do get an actually good massage, though.

You can always skip the massage if you want. OTOH good massage don't usually go with FS.

Most FS places are 170/45 now. Don't know about Sasa which may be an exception.
