massage help from the guys and gals

Here's my situation. I pulled my back out and I'm in need of a good strong massage. Could anyone suggest one with or without a hj finish. Looks are not as inportant as performance. I'm on a limited income so no more then $80 please. I've tried licensed therapist, but they only seem to work on one area at a time.
Any sugguestions would be greatly appreciated.
