Massage and HE in Parksville area?

I will be spending a bunch more time in the Parksville area this Spring/Summer and would like to find out if there are any good massage & HE options in the Parksville & Qualicum Beach area, rather than having to drive to Nanaimo? I've searched thr forum but don't see anything for 2024. Anything older I found appears as though they have closed down. More focused on an actual good massage that may have some extra options, vs a FS person that pretends to have some massage skill. Indy or a shop/spa. Any recommendations?

Thanks for the suggestions. I don't think either of those ladies quite encompass what I am looking for, but I am still open to any other thoughts. Are there any actual massage shops in the Parksville or QB area? Even if no HE? Sometimes building a rapport with someone over repeat visits can yield results...
