What the hell is he still playing on the ice. He can't score even if his life depended on it through the whole serious

You are absolutely correct. He was totally useless. I had enough of him when he missed not ONE but TWO empty netters in that one game this series.

Rucinsky enters the zone, he actually takes a shot........and he misses the net.

There's Rucinsky...up the left side, over to Naslund, back to Rucinsky...he shoots and the puck goes by the net.

OVER AND OVER AND OVER again.

Wrong fit.

Rucinsky looked good on the Rangers, a team that would give up 20 scoring chances in order to get 15 scoring chances. But against a hard working, defensively responsible Flames team, that might only give up 5 scoring chances, then Rucinsky will be invisible. On the Rangers, he had Jagr and Lang (before trade), Lindros, Nedved (before trade), Leech, Kovalev (before trade), etc to divert the other team's attention. On the Canucks, he only has Naslund to divert the other team's attention.

me thinks the NY Rangers are not going to be welcoming him back with open arms or with their pocket book.
