Maria always advertises on Perb when she comes to town so I would say that she most likely isn't in the city. I'm pretty sure that her ad has just been up on EC since she was here earlier in August and hasn't been taken down. Noticed something similar with Tiffany Birks a little while back where the ads just seem to stay on EC.
