Next big fight is coming up with Shane Mosley. After Shane's supposedly overtrained defeat to Mayweather we may see a different Sugar Shane against Pacquiao. The biggest problem Shane faces with Pacquiao is that every fight Manny has he gets better, faster and stronger. He fractured Margarito's eye socket in their last fight very early in the fight. That fight started out like something you'd expect Mayweather to do, Weigh-in at the catch weight but come fight night enter the ring grossly overweight in an attempt to have the upper hand which is something Mayweather is known for and why he doesn't allow them to weigh him come fight night. Prior to the Margarito fight Pacquiao agreed to the strict testing that Mayweather requested and put everything on the table. What did Mayweather do? Make up an excuse and run from the fight. If Pacquiao continues his winning streak and gives Mosley a beating like he did to Cotto and Margarito you can pretty much guarantee that the Mayweather fight will likely not happen because Mayweather and Pacquiao will both have had a recent fight with Shane and if Pacquiao gives Mosley a good beating the more scared than he already is Mayweather will be.

Manny has really nothing to gain from this upcoming fight in Vegas except another big payday. Unless Mosley pulls a Cinderella Man upset. Gee! Mosley is almost 40. I preferred the younger Berto over Mosley but the former needs more packaging and buzz. Could be ready for his chance at the big time next time around. PPV buys will be at the 1 Million to 1.2 Million level which almost the same as the last Margarito fight. This time around Manny is having Showtime which has the network of CBS at its disposal over HBO. Wider reach. Hopefully, Mosley doesn't end up in the hospital like Margarito after the Fight. :) :)

I don't see a lot of upside for Manny in taking this fight. But SSM is definately past his best, too bad, cause a prime Mosely would have given both Manny and Floyd a run for their money.

Mayweather told Don King and Bob Arum that he wants US$ 100 Million to fight Pacman. Won't be surprise if he believes that the " Star Whackers " are after him too. :) :)
