Looks like a co-op. The type where everyone knows everyone's business. People out walking their kids, neighbors sitting outside having a smoke. And not so much creepy as, umm, liberal. As usual, YMMV. Text her and see what she offers. She's not hard to talk to.

For a side rant, I know you got to work with what you have, but some SP's give no fucks about their neighbors seeing you. Like nobody's going to notice random men fumbling with their squeaky gate and walking though the front yard. Jesus christ, michelle's new location has about fifty windows trained on her front door. Need to buy some Dickies and carry a red toolbox before going into some of these places.
