I think you guys are reading too much into this. It is most likely some kind of immigration infraction, not a sign that micros are going to take heat.
The law has enough on their hands dealing with the abused ones, via pimps riding their backs, luring them into debt, into drugs, then forcing them out onto the street corners needing to do anything for a fix.
That's the jungle that needs attention, not these discreet genteel establishments where everyone is older than we imagine, and they cause no trouble whatsoever....and providing a valuable service to our society.
BTW, does anyone know if the Fiona who was there the end of March was the original Ada from last couple of years? I hope not, but am afraid so. She is one of the most spirited providers I've met. Always a twinkle in her eye and ready for a laugh. I just followed her odyssey via SM posts that took her back to visit her friends in HK and then on to her family deep in the heart of China to reunite and celebrate Chinese New Year with them. Then she continued around the world, through Thailand, Dubai, Europe before back to Van. It was touching and heartwarming to see someone do exactly what I would do with money saved. She had a bf with her to. Not sure if they just tripped together or are staying together. If anyone can confirm, I'd like to know. She's gone silent.
