Duos can be had with most of Maggie's girls, whether advertised or not. And you're right: the rate is $240 for 45 min or $300 for 1 hr.
Of course, since girls frequently get switched between different locations, which 2 girls are paired up for a duo depends who's roommates with whom during a given week.
Generally, don't expect duo girls to be very interactive with each other—although both will happily service you to the full extent of their considerable talents (especially if you go for a duo with a 3-holer like Jessica/Cynthia).
