Maca powder

Any of you guys using this kid wonderful product?
I only put in on my oatmeal for breakfast and my whole day is so energetic and I'm so wired , I love the taste of it too.
You can get it in pill form, but I prefer the taste of Maca powder.
If you use it, where do you put it?

Hey Szab..haven't used it for some time but, I've have used Maca in my whey protein powder shakes only. Sure does give you a jump start.

Good idea, I put protein powder on my oatmeal as well, I'm not hungry after having my breakfast anymore.

I've never gone to a 'vitamin' store ---- is that anything like a 'vibrator' store ????? I've been in one of those many times.

I hear you can sprinkle it in your shoes and get some energetic feet, ... or you can also sprinkle it on your 'half ass' woody and experience a great 'jump start'.

You can find Maca Root flour at "Bulk Barn". it is dumb to buy it in a pill. Can't say it does a whole bunch for me. It is just something I add to my morning mixture.

I don't think its a good idea to take it in pill form , I actually love the taste.
I cook some golden beets and put some on that too. Taste ever soooo yummy.lol

I had never even heard of this stuff until I read your post SZabina..anything that will give me energy for the day and can be sprinkled on my oatmeal sounds good to me! I bought my first bag of the powder today from Choices Market. Looking forward to trying it tomorrow!
