It may be. While she's no longer close to 30 LOL!, it is a lady's prerogative to lie about her age. 
On the ad there are no pics but if you Google the 1109 number on the ad (its on the side panel) it does come up as an ad on another site, with pictures that are definitely her.
Still could be a scam though with someone trying to cash in on her name, likeness and the nostalgia.
Tread carefully!
My only other word of warning is that the pics on the site I mention above, are probably over 10 years old and as we all know time is not so kind to everyone. She may still be smokin' hot or could look like Uncle Fester. i would definitely ask for a recent pic or 2.
