Maybe thats a generous assumption.
I've seen guys make their 1st post here after lurking for 2 years. And for the most part, their 1st posts are with regards to an SP. And usually good info.
Just makes me wonder how many have something to contribute here.
C'mon guys, speak up!

Of the 18G, how many of them are multi id and/or banned? How many moved on and are no longer pooning? Remember a year or two ago when you couldn't get on the board without registering? I think that 1% is more of an accurate number for both posters and lurkers.

That's quite possible but it doesn't take long to scan through garbage / bullshit. As well, one guy's garbage may be another guy's treasure. Besides that there is already a large volume of garbage being posted now - but who are we (you or I) to decide what's garbage and what's not??

Part of the problem is when a lurker makes their first review post and its a positive one they get called a shill. If it's negative one they get flamed. This doesn't happen every time but more often then not.
