by chance I happened to look at the 25 members online on the massage reviews and not one name, not a single one had ever done a review! And of the 80+ members online in the escort review section only one is a contributor ... is this the norm??

one thing to think about some people are shy about posting reviews and if we look at some of the posts of people unfairly hounding people over a review it gets a little jaded and people are nerveous about posting a review if they are going to get jumped all over or not.

Christ dude, if they're shy about posting a review and scared that they'll get reamed on, most of the time justifyingly so, on a review board where outing someone else or your own identity will get you banned, then how scared are they to speak out in the real world? Makes them kinda whimpy, no?

Post your experiences in a fair, straightforward, accurate and legible review and you should have no problems. The trolling idiots with nothing but negativity to add get bumped pretty quickly.

No excuses not to post your experiences. Nothing in life is for free. For the guys, this is a REVIEW board...the rest should just get lost.

Or maybe they don't feel like reviewing, don't read reviews and are only here because it is a place where ads are collected in one place? Or maybe they only see ladies who ask not to be reviewed?

While on the subject, someone point me to a doctor or dentist or lawyer review site ... if one exists ?

That's a good point but you cannot compare the two. Lawyers, doctors and dentists ARE held accountable for what they do through their respective professional associations, which review their actions very closely. Of course this is on a post-hoc basis, but their level of service does not vary that much. Sure if you want the best in the field you have to dig around but because they have professional ethics that they must adhere to their basic level of service does not vary as much as an SP's would. Word of mouth is how we get to hear that a professional's level of service is sub par. Why would I want to talk about an SP with some other shmoe at work and risk the stigma associated with pooners. Therefore, discretion is a necessity when talking about SPs and a review board for the most part ensures this. So there is no need for a review board for professionals, because they have much more to lose than an SP, who knows she can rip people off because she also knows that most of the time, the pooner is not willing to go to the police for a complaint of a robbery involving a prostitute. Do we get into situations like this with a dentist, a doctor, a lawyer...oh wait a minute.:)

That's why there is a REVIEW board, so that in some form or another we can have her held accountable for not only her undesirable actions, but also for her level of basic service, by avenging her where it hurts the most, her pocketbook. Those who do not contribute should not have access to this information, nor should they have access to the reviews informing them of gems.

And if she asks not to be reviewed it should be respected, but not too many SPs request this because they know the reviews generate them income. So most lurkers see the reviewed ones, but...

Screw it! There is NO excuse for not sharing information. If you come on here you are here to REVIEW, the R in PERB, the action word in the phrase, provide others with intel, just as others supply you with intel.

The concept is simple really; it's tick for tack, you scratch my back I scratch yours, quid pro quo and other cliches...but then they're full of truth otherwise they wouldn't be cliches.:)

I think this has been discussed before.

I agree that people should not be afraid to come on here and post reviews. Not that I should complain about lurkers though as it has been a while since I posted a review. I don't get out pooning very much, and when I do it is usually to see one of the ladies that have been reviewed many, many times on here before. I'm usually not able to add anything new to most of the posts I read without my post turning into some sort of Penthouse letter giving all the details of my specific encounter. So instead of starting another "ditto" thread, I end up lurking.

If I had the cash/time/opportunity to TOFTT every time a new lady came to town then I probably would write more reviews, but for now I have to wait for other people to do the reviews first and then give the lady my business when I can. I know this goes against the idea of a review board somewhat, and some people will likely call me out on it, but that is the reality of my situation.

Now if only I could arrange to win the lottery, things might be different...

Just south of here
For starters, how about

While on the subject, someone point me to a doctor or dentist or lawyer review site ... if one exists ?
http://can.ratemds.com/canada/
www.drscore.com
http://www.healthgrades.com/

there are many, many review sites for professionals such as doctors. And guess what?

(a) reviewers can post whatever they want, no justification or evidence required to back up their claim.

(b) reviewers are completely anonymous

(c) the professional provider has no place to comment on the review. They can't go on the site and try to explain their bad review as "shit happens" or "bad day" .

(d) no white knights to defend the professional either, saying things like "cut them some slack, it is a tough job"

(e) no Do Not Review lists

(f) no paid advertisers that can pull or influence the reviews if they don't like them.

Imagine that!!

So why do some of the SPs here think they are the only ones who are unfairly subjected to reviews? Go on the Canadian site and read some of the reviews, then tell me if you still think the PERB reviews are any worse.

you know there are some people who have had such a bad time they don't want to report it for some strange reason, trust me I know I've had a few when I first started pooning that I wish I could replay and never have seen and wasted my money but it was one of those experences I want to forget.

All the more reason to report it to the rest of us.:)

some pooners have way more money than others. of course they can always TOFTT or do massive reviews because they see way more girls than others. the only lurker I don't like is one who keeps on asking for various girls but never posts.

for the record I'm not a newbie but I post on another review board.

Hmm, doesn't sound like chance to me, sounds more like an audit. Must have been a quiet evening.

I could have been one of those. My reasons... I've only seen one lady on this board, and she has been well and (mostly) accurately reviewed. I didn't see that I had anything of value to add other than to say "ditto."

I will say that you can get some very good information from this board. But sometimes you need to read between the lines to weed out the BS.

Cheers, George

I think it is a bit intimidating for some to post reviews. When I first started many years ago (ASP newsgroups), it took me awhile to start posting reviews. I think there are a lot of people that do not post for different reasons also.

I have reviewed approx. 30 companions on Perb. However, as I have mentioned before, I quit posting reviews here due to the no review list policy. I do still post reviews. I just post them behind the door on sfredb**k.

Lol, I am not sure how helpful it is to post reviews on a San Francico based site but I do.

I was curious one evening sometime ago. and I noticed that I did not recognize most of the folks online. I did some peeking. What was amazing to me was that almost everyone online had no posts whatsoever (reviews or otherwise). and many of them were long term members.

Agree. It works for us on Myredbook. Write a review and it "buys" you 6 weeks of being able to read other reviews, otherwise you only get to read
the one line header.

Or, don't want to write reviews? Pay $12.50 a month. That is why we have about 75-125 reviews a day.

The choice is yours.

I'm amazed that no one has thought to include the first time reviewers as being shills. I'm of one of a few SPs that wheneever a review of us comes out on authored from a new pooner, it's stamped a shill.

And you wonder why people don't contribute more reviews?
