That's horrible, but I don't know that you can blame the tribe for the accident. Don't get me wrong, I'm saddened by the news, but I'm not shocked it happened, everyone was warning that this could happen. I just don't know if any one group is to blame for this accident. :(

Damn. Another reincarnated chief gets taken out by getting clocked by a propeller. Nature took its course. The fish was stupid. It got too close to the prop. It died. Natural selection at its finest.
Take a few minutes sometime and learn a little about the native culture and beliefs before spouting off such useless nonsense.

This is bloody bullshit!!! they knew long ago that luna was lets say......touchy feely....with boats and people.....they also knew long ago that some danger could happen...i did they did shit to try to return Luna with it's pod.....i don't believe it for a minute....
My statement is this....if they knew or felt that luna became a spititual whale....all the reason more to protect Her!!!!
