The rest of the story: Stopped by a little after 11am and noticed that the front and back doors were ajar and that nobody appeared to be in the building after waiting around for ~10min. Tried texting the specific Pembina number from their ad and didn't get a response so tried calling too after a few more min and got an automated error message. Since I had the day off, I decided to go run some errands as I figured they went out for lunch. After I was done, I tried texting the LL number and got a quick reply that they were open and available so I went back and got there just before 1pm.
While parking, I saw a group of ladies unloading essential operating supplies from an SUV in the back so I assume they had just gotten back from their own errands. Was greeted inside by the mama-san after waiting in the front for a few minutes as I don't think they knew anyone had come in as they were all in the back still. Was brought to a room and introduced to Lulu who seemed to be the only one available at the time. She started with a massage and then offered to switch to nuru which I accepted.
