lowtrack advice needed

is it truly possible to find some quality there? at least for a CBJ or FS?
or should I forget about it completely?

I'm not looking for a super model, but really really bad isn't an option

Will I be harmed in any way, or is it possible to have some fun?

Admittedly it was quite a long time ago that I used to go around there but I must have gotten lucky as the worst that happened was wandering around with one SW for half the night and not doing anything (a bit of an eye opener). One I had to bail on as she wanted to do it in the middle of a vacant lot without much privacy. Most of the time we'd wind up in a hotel room. Several of the women I met were great despite their obvious multiple addiction problems.

what were the average prices you paid?
I've wasted too much money (one encounter) in hightrack, I need a convenient cheaper alternative that doesn't involve micros/incalls
