I won't point out the exact locations as this is a public forum, as well the street scene is pretty much dead.
High track use to be downtown (Richards) but this has dwindle in recent years. Mid track use to be a hopping place (just north of Hastings and Commerial) but again, pickings are slim. If you go north along Hastings you get to low track and you don't want to hang around there too long (although you can get lucky and pick up a gem).
Durings its heyday, the street were awesome, with fabolous experiences and you couldn't miss. Nowadays, not really worth the gas to cruise.
