She is white so it would be rather odd that she would be offended by you saying that you were caucasian/white.
She was super sweet to me throughout the appointment and she was very friendly.

Booking with her was really straight forward and I kept it basic because I knew she was French and I was not sure how well of english she spoke.
It is possible something you said did not come across to her liking and may have just got lost in translation.
