Lost has its moments, and I admit it's one of my guilty pleasures, but it's awfully uneven.

I mean, when are they going to explain the polar bear?
Or the giant things in the jungle that made the trees move, about 2 years ago, like right after they crashed on the island. That shit happened for about the 1st two episodes, and then, nada since!
It's also kinda fucked how these people that were on this plane had so many brushes with each other in their lives before the crash. Sure it's a small world, but c'mon!

I have been a dedicated viewer from the first episode. I will admit to a lot of frustration, as when one question in the plot is answered two more are asked. I was sorry to see that Ana-Lucia killed as I thought she added an edge to the show that it needed, the rest of them have seemed to melt into life on " the island " if that is what it is. Evangeline is, IMHO, one of the sexiest women on TV right now and that is great given she is a local girl. As far as the things in the jungle like the Polar Bear, shaking trees and that smoke thing that confronted Mr. Eko, I think ABC did not like the market sample numbers from those shows an deceided to focus more on the characters and their conflicts. I would look for a major conflict between Sayid and Mr. Eko next season, two alpha males with opposing views but similar backgrounds.

I like adventure shows that make you tune in every week to follow the story. So indeed I watch. Also on my list is 24, Prison Break.
