loooking for R&T in downtown

a newbie here looking for some info. Joined the site long time ago out of curiousity and never really tried anything
can you give a recommendation for cheap R&T (hopefully no more than $60) in downtown ?
looking for a younger girl (<30)
will they take off their clothes or is that extra?

As I said first time I only signed up out of curiosity and after that I probably login only a few times until now. I thought this is the place to ask questions? I'm sure I'm not a lone wolf here. If you have guys have any recommendations, I'll appreciate your intel.
