Looks Vs. Money

If you could only choose one, what would you rather have? I'd take looks over money any day because at least I'd know the women that chose me was for physical reasons, not monetary.

Even if I were ugly; with plenty of scratch on hand I could always get laid.

I'd rather be stinking rich. Someone being with you based strictly for physical appearance would be just as shallow as being with you for money. Having money could improve many aspects of your life, not just your sex and love life. Plus with enough $$$ you could always get cosmetic surgery, liposuction, hair implants, etc. to improve any imperfections.

Hard to disagree with you hitrack but at the same time getting laid vs. a "permanent" relationship...Would you feel happy and fulfilled in your life. Retired's question is difficult to answer cuz I'm not sure if I'm allowed to assume I have character, integrity and personality, all much more important to me than looks or money. If you choose money, will you be butt ugly? If you chose looks, will you be dirt poor. There's also the choice of average looks / filthy rich and average money / Great looking. Might make a difference to some people. I'd probably choose looks over money as long as I wasn't dirt poor otherwise I'd choose money cuz you need it to live or at least live with dignity. I would not want to be with a woman who just wants me for my looks OR my money. What if you lose it all...Will she still be there. As far as look go, they change with age so again, will she still be there. Reverse it true too. A guy I knew was always dumping on his wife cuz she changesd after two kids. Meanwhile he couldn't see that he was now bald and his breath stunk like he ate shit. Also sed if he won a lotto, he'd find some honey "because any woman would fuck if the price was right." All I can say is, What a fuckin loser!

I agree there are traits more important the either looks or money. However if all your other traits remained the same and only your appearance or the amount of money you had changed, there is far more you could do with money than looks. Personally I think good looks would be the selfish choice because it only benefits you, how does it benefit anyone else. Assuming you could be rich if you are already a person of good character you could become a philanthropist and your money could benefit not only you but many other people.

Kev & Adventurer...Agree with both of you but if a woman is the kind that's worth having around, I find that having character and personality also makes you look better. Having said that, you're probably right...money will get you further in life. To bad we've become so materialistic.
