I have never met an SP in Edmonton who offered any of those items on a first visit, and doubt that I would stay with one who did.
Most ladies become more open with their restrictions as they grow more comfortable with a client, and this is where YMMV comes into effect. This doesn't have to be a long term effort, two or three visits will often do the job. Pick an SP who you like, and invest some time, and some money.
It's like dating, but you don't ever have to call back, and you always get to third base on the first date.
