looking for some advice.

I don't post very much at all on here but i do read a lot of the posts and find everyone here to pretty accepting and very cool. so i thought i'd throw this question and see what everyone might be able to throw back at me on how i should deal with this.

at my current job i work 7 days on and 7 days off and just started my shift today and found out that the company i work for has hired an ex-girlfriend of mine she doesn't know that i work here either and i'm just wondering what i should if anything?

It really depends on how badly the relationship ended and if there was any forgiveness or mutual understanding on why it ended.
Regardless, IMHO, if you do cross paths with her... rise above it and say hello and welcome her to the company.
