Yes that’s exactly right ! ….every spa/ amp charge extra for bbbj ( which is included at an agency ) and if you opt for rim and cim / cof you’re looking at about the same price as at an agency ! . Value wise ( or on a tight budget ) the spas / amp are a good choice, but for a more laid back and proper experience the agencies are the better choice !
