Not sure if she still works there, but there used to be a Filipina named Lily, who was working at Jenny Spa in Langley, 604-889-9328. You can call/text them to find out. As far as her specific services, you have to call them, they don't tell you specific services via text. That's the only Filipina I know in the areas you listed. Good Luck!
