Fairly certain it's fake. I reverse image searched her to be an instagram model: https://www.instagram.com/_carmenina_/

Latest instagram posts have her in Cuba, sooo...D'OH!

Appreciate the intel. I'm not used to seeing fakes on Eros, but I guess it was bound to happen.
