She must have been having a really bad day when I saw her years ago, she was wearing a wife beater, grey sweatpants, no makeup, and had a miserable disposition.
One of my most awkward dates ever.

She's a lot older than 40, she claimed to be in her 30's when I attempted to see her 15 years ago. She flaked on me twice. The second time was supposed to be a make up session for the first time she flaked. I will give a somewhat contrary opinion. I saw her at Victoria Inn about 5 years ago. I found her friendly and easy to make arrangements with. Session was standard stuff. I found her to be a ‘real’ in the sense that some of the ‘robotic’ ladies are not. Only one visit 5 years ago so you should take that into account when considering my opinion.
