Can’t go wrong with Asianfever. All of their locations are located within walking distance of the skytrain and the photos on their website is accurate. Have a peek at their website and see if anyone meets your criteria.

I think I read in a post that the Asian Fever girls generally don't allow digits but I've also read that some of them may allow it (ymmv)
