For Bby the AF options are pretty good.
Another Bby reco is Sophie Korean604.. she has a pretty amazing bbbj routine..you would need to confirm CIM but think is available (+40).
For Richmond Yumikolove Haley or Linna are both excellent with bbbj skills and cim included in their 45 rate😉.

Kaka 6633 has a overwhelmingly praised bbbj and a lot of reviews on perb to back it up
